Methodology

Requirement Analysis

Gaining a good understanding of the requirement would grantee a delivering a product exceeding the expectation of the client. For overseas clients we conduct regular discussions via email, telephone and skype. For larger projects we do on site visiting to make this process smoother.

Story Boarding

  • Designing a complete flow of the application
  • What type of information will be included in each of the screen
  • How the information is presented
  • What are the actions and navigations included in each screen
  • Analyzing user experience
  • Discussion with client and revision of the screens

At the end of the story boarding, a complete understanding of the client’s requirement can be achieved. Based on that, complete project can be planned and deliverables and milestones can be set and agreed upon with the client.

User Interface Design / Application Design

This phase is tightly coupled with Story Boarding phase. During the story boarding most of the design of the application will happen. Following key areas will be addressed in this phase

  • Database design, tables, fields and their relations
  • Web services requirements for each modules and tasks

User interface for the application will be designed and if needed we would provide several templates will be provided to the client. Based on the final selection rest of will be designed.

Development/ Testing

Actual development of the application will happen in this phase. We focus on agile development methodology. This methodology allows us to quickly adapt to the changing requirements and to keep the overall costs down. The developers and separate testing team test each of the modules developed. These developed modules will be released to the clients on agreed upon milestones.

Signing Off

This phase determine whether the developed solution meet the certain criteria such as functionality, visuality and usability. Three teams namely client, developers, and test team will go through the application and determine whether the application meet the agreed upon criteria or whether any change is required before deployment.

Deployment

The application will be deployed on the relevant platform. If needed we could provide on-site/ remote training.

Updates

If updates are required for the application they will be handled in this phase.
